Team Fee Value Proposition

At $2250 per team of 15, each player costs about $150—a significant discount compared to the previous individual combine fee of $200–$255.

This rate offers team cohesion, guaranteed playing time, and competitive exposure, along with the added benefits of a scouting event.

We can even offer a discounted rate for teams that get their deposits in before a certain date (such as $150-200 off if they do an early-bird registration)
Individual Fee Value Proposition

We could have an individual registration option as well? For those who do not have a team they can register with.

Maintain both registration paths. Pre-formed teams get the cost benefit, while individuals have the chance to join teams if needed.

This hybrid approach helps teams play with their friends and ensures there are enough players to form competitive squads.

Winning Team

The idea is to have an approximate grand prize of $5000-$5500 for the winning team.

In addition to the grand prize for the final match, we can introduce awards for standout performances such as MVP, Best Goal, random draws, etc. This encourages individual players to excel, regardless of team performance.

EVENT FORMAT & STRUCTURE
DAY 1 – GROUP STAGE (8V8 OR 9V9)
Tournament Layout

8 teams to keep the competition tight and ensure high-quality play.

Use a split-field format (dividing the field in half) so that games can run simultaneously, cutting rental costs and maintaining high energy levels.

Organize a round-robin or pool play format so every team gets multiple matches and plenty of playing time.
Match Details

Shorter match durations (e.g., 40-45 minutes per game) to keep the pace quick and to allow teams to play multiple times in one day.
